How much power do you have over people?

No i jave no power at all. If I did there would be world peace and everyone would have at least what they needed and feel loved.

I am working on it, as a mother, but I do not lord over my family, I guide them and influence them, and sometimes bark orders and they sometimes do it and sometimes don't do it, I try to be fair, and thoughtful...I am moulding them to make wise decisions on their own without having to be told.

None. I make suggestions, but people don't tend to follow them even when it really could help. Example: don't touch the stove. Did they listen? No.

What weapon am I holding?

None. I don't want power over people.

I have very little power over people. People don't take me seriously as authority. It's why I've never gone into management. For some reason I even have problems when I stand up to people. They think I ought to do what they want.
