I wear a pair of underwear once...and then it goes into the hamper to be washed.

I change it everyday, unless I am in situation where I don't have fresh ones, but that's rare, and I don't like it. Don't know how these guys live, seems their minds are as fresh as their undergarments.

Well I'm not a male but I've lived with men and this is most certainly false. I'm sure there's guy who do this, but most do not. Because it's fucking disgusting.
