How do you feel about people who are good talkers but poor listeners?

They don't realize how inconsiderate they are being. It annoys me because I try to be a good listener and try to pause in between a conversation to give the other person a chance to speak if they want

If someone is a great conversationalist, I don't mind doing all the listening. On the other hand, people who monopolize a conversation and never stop to hear anyone else's input, are a drain on the brain.

I try to cut people some slack. I have a very good friend who has no memory of almost anything I say. I used to be offended by that, but he can't remember whether it's nutmeg he doesn't like, or cinnamon...so I don't think it's a listening problem.

talk doesn't really mean anything to me if it doesn't mean anything at all- if you didn't really make enough sense of what I said, what would be the point of what you're telling me
