Are there any good sites for talking to people when you're struggling?
I don't really think Similar Worlds is very helpful in that regard. EP was more like that in the beginning before it devolved into what it became.

I don't know any right now and I agree here is not the best site. I just get ignored or downplayed even by people who claim to care when I am struggling makes it worse and hurts more. Hang in there and if I find a site with people who give good support and seem to actually care I'll send it your way ((hugs))
