Am i wrong for wanting payment? Some old lady rear ended my car

She's all like I'm on social security I cant afford that but guess what maybe you should have thought of that before you smacked into my car running my back bumper. It's all smashed up because you werent paying attention. If you cant afford to do pay then maybe you should pay better attention. I really don't care you're fixing my rear bumper

I don't know about other countries, but in the United States everyone, even old ladies living on social security, have to have insurance. Her insurance will pay for the damage to YOUR car...not to hers. I'll bet you a dollar she doesn't want to report the accident because her insurance premiums will go up.

Maybe things are different on your neck of the woods, but my insurance will take care of it all. If I report it to them with her details and a rear ender like that doesnt affect my payments. The company will chase her for it. 馃樂
