It’s been especially difficult for me this past year. The pandemic messed up my work life and made adjusting to my new relationship much more difficult, plus my bipolar disorder has been getting worse with age anyway.

I was actually hospitalized in October and spent a lot of February in bed. But I’m bouncing back. Just takes time. Things come and go in waves.

I went through a difficult time when my fiancé died in an accident but pulled through with the help of family, friends and a brilliant grief councillor 🙂
I live my life regardless of having MDD. I realize it’s never going to go away. So, I suck it up and life goes on.
