Have you ever experienced depression taking control over you ?

Man is his own strong enemy . You know part of me is taking me down while the rest of me is resisting . I wanna win this battle and beat depression back . I really need to get rid of it and I have the will but it is taking control somehow which is a strange experience .

It’s been especially difficult for me this past year. The pandemic messed up my work life and made adjusting to my new relationship much more difficult, plus my bipolar disorder has been getting worse with age anyway.

I was actually hospitalized in October and spent a lot of February in bed. But I’m bouncing back. Just takes time. Things come and go in waves.
