I had a thought for people understanding a bit what it's like to be on the autistic spectrum.

Neurotypical people have no trouble reading a person's mood by their body language, facial expression and tone. People on the spectrum can have a great deal of difficulty with that.

Well for you neurotypical folks, imagine trying to read a dog's mood. You think you can do it but you actually don't know shit about it.
Dog wagging its tail? Must be happy. Wrong. There are so many nuances to a dog's body language which you will have to work hard to read properly.

Normal social interaction can be like that for a person on the spectrum.
