🤔 Hmm. First, I don't do this anymore...but when I was in my 20's and trying for jobs that I had absolutely no idea how to do, I used to fix my eyes directly on the eyes of whomever was speaking or explaining things, and nod my head just a tiny fraction as though I knew exactly what they were talking about. When I got home that night I would look up the big words...🤣

@RogueLoner Nope...that's me. 😩. I forgot a LOT of French, it seems. But I did have several conversations...ungrammatical ones, to be sure...with a French resident at the nursing home where I used to work. She could understand me and said I did not sound like an American speaking French...so...but still...I should never trust my memory.
