Have you ever been picked on by a bully who was smarter than you?

My kid brother told me he was being bullied, but that he doesn't understand why because the bully seems to be smarter than him. He gets better grades than my brother and knows more in class, but he still picked on my brother anyway. I don't get it either.

@smiler2012 He just rubs whatever in at the expense of my brother, like when he won first place in a science fair and my brother didn't.
