Have you ever been picked on by a bully who was smarter than you?

My kid brother told me he was being bullied, but that he doesn't understand why because the bully seems to be smarter than him. He gets better grades than my brother and knows more in class, but he still picked on my brother anyway. I don't get it...

Even very smart people can choose to be cruel. I was bullied by Nicola Scarborough and that turned out to not be a smart thing to do👊🏻
