I had a coworker like that. He used to steal ideas and run to management with them. Until he stole one that I knew was doomed to fail. Not only stole the idea but go demoted when the company lost big bucks due to his incompetence.
@UnderLockDown A few of couldn’t figure out how we (as individuals) could be working on a project when management would walk in and tell us to implement it just before we concluded it. Finally someone higher up slipped and said how employee X was doing such a great job. So, after he was set up to fail the rest of us showed management his stolen work.
