I need advice.

Issue: I had a big argument with a co-worker today. And he said that tomorrow he will speak to the manager about it, and I told him, in that case, I will speak to the manager as well.

Dilemma: I don't really want to address this to the manager, I'd rather just forget about it, new day - new start. Plus I'm kinda scared a bit of him, because he probably is concerned with bigger issues, than petty arguments between employees.

Should I just leave it?
You shoulda left it before it happened (the argument that is)

If you were wromg then apologize, otherwise dont be sorry

@SStarfish I wasn't wrong on the matter. And yeah, now I realize that maybe I shouldn't have pushed his buttons so much. But now is too late to think about what should have been done. Can change only the future at this point.
@Dan193 hindsight is 20/20

So they say

What was the argument about, if you don't mind sharing.

Also, the only advice I can give is this -
Let the manager and that other guy speak first.

Say the boss calls you in and asks, "Do you know why I called you in?"
You answer "No".
Then he will tell you what he heard etc.

If you let them tell their story first, it is easier to rebut.

Plus, you do not KNOW for sure why he called you in. If you bring up anything before he explains, you might be ratting yourself out.

Talk to the coworker and even if you don't mean it apologize so things can be easier on you. The hub always irritates people and does this alot.

Allow the manager to speak with you and then deal with the situation. Apologise if you need to and move on.
