Buying twice as much bread as needed one day, throwing it all out on another day saying "nobody will eat it anyway.."
Spending up to 10 minutes struggling to stuff trash into a small plastic bag, bitching and scattering garbage around kitchen floor instead of simply taking a new bigger bag. Yes...One extra bag specifically designed for this...so.much.waste. Ignoring time and nerves spent on as single task as taking out the trash...

It's not a habit. But I've witness people shrivel up thinking that the smaller and slower they are the less visible they actually are.
