What is your favorite time of the year to go on vacation and what do you like to do on vacation?

I go away in the winter normally, Head for the sun, breaks it up.

Fall ... hunting / fishing/ riding horses

When I worked abroad, I used to do my annual pilgrimage to stay with friends in Germany, France, Spain and UK. Now I go (or did go 🙄) off-season to see the same people.
But my holidays are mainly to be with friends and explore 😄

I do love the fall; kayak fishing on Missouri rivers - there’s hardly anyone on them. Of course, fall hunting seasons...but then there’s Spring Turkey season and the crappie are running...Striper fishing in Arkansas...

my life is a Vacation without pay which kinda sucks really

I love mid fall for ginseng and crystal hunting in western Arkansas.
