it depends what you鈥檙e eating I suppose. If it鈥檚 a major meal you need to eat as soon as possible, if it鈥檚 just sandwiches or something light it doesn鈥檛 matter too much, Don鈥檛 eat cheese late though 馃榾

@Itsmrsockmonkey my dinner always late as I work and go gym. I come home late and by the time I take shower and eat it鈥檚 midnight 馃槀馃槀馃槀馃槀 I think this has affect my body fat . 馃槀
