When is it a good time to eat your last meal before bed?
I am not trying to eat after 7:30 馃槀馃ズ馃ズ(starting today ) I just came back from gym and I m hungry 馃槥

@Itsmrsockmonkey i m always hungry but I need to shred 馃槀馃槀馃槀馃槀 so have to put extra effort not to eat .. gonna be hard 馃槫

When I was a teen I had trouble gaining weight, ate 6 meals a day, drank milkshakes before bed. Gained 5 lbs in 3 months. Just eat smaller portions, limit snacks, don't eat late, exercise when able@Losinghope

@Itsmrsockmonkey my dinner always late as I work and go gym. I come home late and by the time I take shower and eat it鈥檚 midnight 馃槀馃槀馃槀馃槀 I think this has affect my body fat . 馃槀
