When is it a good time to eat your last meal before bed?

I am not trying to eat after 7:30 😂🥺🥺(starting today ) I just came back from gym and I m hungry 😞

it depends what you’re eating I suppose. If it’s a major meal you need to eat as soon as possible, if it’s just sandwiches or something light it doesn’t matter too much, Don’t eat cheese late though 😀
