At this point, if you’re too lazy to research it and find out that Trump has always fought for equality his entire career and been in several rap songs as someone to aspire to... than your ignorance is your fault.

Trump didn’t become “racist” until the media and the Democrats decided they wanted to paint the very least racist country as systematically racist. And so it goes the ignorant gullible people come out of the woodwork to “punch a nazi” and attack folks who love America and support the police.

Ever wonder what purpose is in making us hate and fight one another?

I remember when we could have different views on things and talk about it... we could make compromises for the good of everyone.

Black, Hispanic, gay voices have not been made silent during this administration.

President Donald J Trump is not a racist.

You can disagree with his policies, hell you can disagree with how he presents himself! But let’s not lie about the man simply because the media programmed you to.
dommagic · M
@realrare as far back as the 70s Trump and his family were being investigated for racist claims.
dommagic · M
@Budwick So what you’re saying is you’re an advocate for self help?

@dommagic I'm saying that Trump is not a racist.
I find it funny how people support Trump saying he’s not racist
I find it crazy how anti-Trumpers can find a way to hate Trump no matter what he says or does.

It seemed like an impossible dream: Could a criminal justice reform bill pass a divided Congress and a "tough-on-crime" administration? After all, it had been years—decades—since any significant reform had occurred. It would take a miracle for the FIRST STEP Act to succeed.

That miracle arrived just in time for Christmas. On December 21, 2018, the FIRST STEP Act was signed into law by President Donald Trump.

The FIRST STEP Act is the first step in transforming federal prisons into safe and effective facilities that will reduce recidivism and strengthen our communities and economy. The legislation expands rehabilitative programming and earned-time credit opportunities. It also reduces and clarifies mandatory minimums and better provides for the needs of federal prisoners.

@whowasthatmaskedman
And this has what to do with the election?
Not a damned thing.
You brought it up - not me.

If RINO's lose their races, it's because they are RINO's.
That's not Trump's problem.
Trump has been fighting the dems, RINO's and the media for 4 years.
And winning.
Another 4 years with some new characters - no problem.

If they had not brought them over , they would have died of starvation and diseases you ain't heard about....they had a lot worse lives in Africa @LeopoldBloom
@Platinum Bullshit. I've lived in Africa and have studied African history. They were completely self-sustaining and had organized kingdoms. The countries of Mali, Togo, Ghana, and others are named after kingdoms that existed in those areas. You can't go by the current situation, which is the result of millions of people being forcibly removed for the slave trade, followed by colonization, resource extraction, and the balkanization caused by the artificial countries that the continent has now.
@revenant The French weren't really involved in the slave trade, but they sure grabbed up as much real estate as they could during the colonial period. The wealth of your country is built on African labor at least as much as the U.S. is. And now you people are bitching and moaning about the Africans and Middle Easterners who you let into the country because you're all too damn lazy to do the dirty, low-paying jobs anymore. Just as American conservatives bitch and moan about the Mexicans and Central Americans we let into the U.S. for the same reason.

You guys do have a better health care system than we do, however, so vous avez mon respect pour ça.

I find it funny how after three + years of asking you race card dealers for one example of Trump being racist, I still haven't received one! Perhaps you would like to be the first?
JovialPlutonian · 36-40, M
@Machete exactly, what you resist persists
@Machete Yeah, but that wasn't the gist of those videos, those videos were about his systematic racism against blacks living in his buildings and other instances of racism.
@Machete You can’t equate statues erected during the Jim Crow era with actual historical records. The statues were put up to intimidate Black people, no other reason. It’s not like people learn history by staring at statues.

9/11 is an important historical event. Should we put up a statue of Osama bin Laden at Ground Zero?

JovialPlutonian's lie::
he acts for justice for the white kid that shot two black people
This demonstrates how brain washed people who do not care to investigate the truth can boldly and openly spread a Lie designed to whip up interacial violence and division..

The two guys who where shot where both WHITE...
JovialPlutonian · 36-40, M
@Adstar lol it’s not that I can’t read, I just don’t give a shit about some bs some idiots wrote, so I really don’t know why you’d make so much effort for not reason, high expectations I’d imagine. Take a hint this isn’t going anywhere, I am trying to be polite 🤷🏻‍♂️
Adstar · 56-60, M
@JovialPlutonian I make the effort for two reasons.. Firstly in the hope that something i give may move you to change your mind.. But secondly if your destined to not change your mind then my effort will at lest reveal to anyone reading on that your commentary about Christianity is based on ignorance of Christianity.

As an example your statement that Christianity teaches that we are not Children of God.. I provided clear scriptures form the Christian Bible to show all people who may be reading this exchange that your statement in this regard was false..

So even if you will never come to believe Jesus and trust in the atonement His secured on the cross to redeem you from the eternal lake of fire.. At lest revealing that you don't know what your talking about will undermine anyone who assumes that you are knowledgeable about Christianity and thus your effectiveness in deceiving others about Christianity will be lessened..

Oh and i do not believe for a second you are polite.. You hate the Word of God and you hate those who believe in the Word of God.. So much so that you are prepared to lie about what Christianity teaches hoping that your false witness will not be exposed..
JovialPlutonian · 36-40, M
You are still wasting your time. It’s like a Christian trying to convince a disillusioned person to join their cult, so cringy @Adstar

@revenant I love how the rest of the world thinks they are entitled to have an opinion about American politics when they are not living it day in and day out. LOL

Do you think it's cool to perpetuate our pain and suffering by backing an individual who is responsible for over 220k American deaths?

It's not cool, it's asinine.

I just can't believe that in America protestors have curfews and are rightly controlled by the police if they get violent or damage property but at the same time it allows 17 year old armed kids to join the fray? How could a president not condemn the murder of two people? How can the people allow firearms in a protest in the first place?

TakingBackMidgaard · 31-35, M
@bijouxbroussard If all you can do is make hypothetical "what if" and What about-isms" then I would have to say things are not nearly as bad as you seem to be subjectively mentioning.

Nobody should have to be showing up to a town and wreaking havoc on it's people, nobody.

Why are you bringing up "All Lives Matter"? This has nothing to do about that.

Finally, Who are you referring to as "You folk" Are you still making assumptions on people you know nothing about? You're becoming your own worst enemy while trying to be the "Greater Good"

I am getting really fed up with one sided people, the "All or Nothing" crowd. This can be found anywhere.

Since you seem to be blinded by the hate you have for some reason, I am going to let you know a little about me so you can stop making pointless talking points you have for those you judge incorrectly.

* I am a registered Republican.

* I support the the right for citizens to arm themselves.

* I support the Military, Police, Fire, Paramedic, etc.

* I support the Minority Community.

* I am for Abortion (Not as a form of Birth Control)(Yes anyone can have an opinion)

* I am for protecting the Environment (I work for the Indiana DNR) (Masters in Environmental Science)

* I believe there should be a bare minimum cheaper route for health care - I believe people should still have the choice for private health care, however.

* I don't like groups such as Black Lives Matter and Antifa as well as groups like Proud Boys or those White polo shirt wearing torch wielders.

* I support a the free market.

* I am a practicing Norse Pagan, not a Christian.

* I don't believe in White Privilege - I do believe in Wealth Privilege

* I believe there are some social programs that should be gotten rid of to better fund those that are more necessary.

* I support same sex marriage (I have personal thoughts against some of the things that go on during pride parades though)

* I support the converting of jails into a social rehab complex.

I could go on, and this is the majority of the silent majority. This is how I was raised. So I get concerned with the many binary minded hate mongers such as yourself.

So instead of rehearsing talking points you made for yourself (That clearly have no reason in this conversation) Maybe work on yourself? Lose the hate and judgemental mind you have.
@TakingBackMidgaard You speak like a conservative and are quick to label someone who disagrees with you as “hate-filled”, which like I said, is ironic, since you folks wrote the book. Black Lives Matter exists because, as I also said, people were having to be as afraid of the police as they were of criminals, which is wrong. I’m guessing that as a Norse pagan you’re not burdened by the concept of “turning the other cheek” so you probably don’t love those who behave as enemies towards you...right ? So it seems a bit hypocritical for you to judge me.
You can’t make assumptions about me, either. I don’t hate police—my brother’s a retired police officer. But out of uniform, he’s had the same experience as many other black men—being profiled and treated with unwarranted suspicion.
TakingBackMidgaard · 31-35, M
@bijouxbroussard I simply gave a brief discussion on who I am. I no way was that meant to be anything else. Yet you somehow managed that to be me comparing yourself to me...

You need to read to listen not read to respond.

And that’s not a value of Norse virtue. One of the many values that is kind of like that is:
“Where you recognise evil, speak out against it, and give no truces to your enemies“ Havamal 127
I don’t consider BLM evil however in my hometown the two founders of my towns BLM chapter were arrested, one for Domestic Battery and Breaking a restraining order. The other for assaulting an officer and trying to take his taser. This chapter hasn’t done anything for the community.

However there are many black community organizations that I whole heartily stand by and support who do wonders for the community.

I don’t think that people who disagree with me are hate filled, but the words you use and the blind tossing of random talking point where they don’t even fit or belong has me think you have some subjective hate going on. Which is fine, we are all human and that’s normal. But I’ll never understand why people think republicans and democrats must hate one another.

Had Tulsi Gabbard been the nominee I would vote for her in a heart beat. She’s a democrat and shows love and support for all political affiliations like it should be. But alas, money speaks louder than virtues.
LeoWulf · 36-40, M
Not a Trump fan but just cos I don't like him I'll not go to the extent of calling him a racist.
He just doesn't care about race or gender. Either you're useful to him or useless. If useless, then he'll go after you and say whatever comes to his mind.
If he were a racist why was everyone cool with him in the past? People like Snoop Dogg, Al Sharpton etc. He was just another businessman/civilian. They could have ignored and boycotted him back then right?
At best he's a social liberal and a fiscal conservative. Just another player in the dirty game of politics, doing whatever he can to win.
luctoretemergo · 61-69, M
@LeoWulf Dude - this is a brilliant observation - damn, I wish I would have thought of &/or wrote this!
Trump’s unquestionably a racist. He called Black Lives Matter a symbol of “hatred” because clearly he doesn’t believe they do matter.
It’s also why his response to whether or not he denounced white supremacists wasn’t an unequivocal “yes”. Those are who his supporters are.
JimboSaturn · 51-55, M
@bijouxbroussard Proud boys, stand down, and stand by.... I guess he might avail of their services in the future.

Anyone who doesn't support the leftist agendas is a racist :)
Every word that they utter is racist :)
And, if you don't raise your arm and proclaim solidarity with leftist they will break it!
Heartlander · 80-89, M
@JovialPlutonian

I'm not really a Republican. I would characterize my political affiliation as anti-Democrat.

My political affiliation is rooted in Democrats support of slavery, how they tried to maneuver the laws after the Civil war to intimidate and keep Black people in bondage via Jim Crow, "separate but equal", "white" and "colored" waiting rooms, etc. and to this day try to gain, maintain and wield political power by pitting one group against another, one class against another, one race against another.

As I understand, the Jacob Blake incident started with Blake's violation of a protective order. The protective order was granted for a woman who had accused Blake of sexual assault ... behavior in the rape category.

Amazing that the leftist community hoisted Blake up the flag pole and saluted him as an example of racism while they destroy the city of Kenosha. Yet no one objecting to Blake conduct against the woman he assaulted. No one printing headlines about the severity of Blake violating a protection order.

While the police may possibly have been a bit trigger-happy with handling of Blake's arrest we still don't know all the facts there and we have seen no evidence that the police conduct was in any way related to Blake's race. Yet, none of that seemed to matter to the leftists in their pursuit of looting, rioting, and burning their city down.

Where is "Me Too" with their concerns about Blake's sexual assault on the woman who called the police? Where is BLM with their concerns for the Black woman who was sexually assaulted by Blake? Apparently sexual assault only causes the leftist community to take to the streets if it's a Republican accused.
JovialPlutonian · 36-40, M
@Heartlander mate I’m not going to waste my time reading your bs. Like I said if ppl cared for black equality they’d strongly express it. There’s no detail needing to be explored
Heartlander · 80-89, M
@JovialPlutonian
if ppl cared for black equality they’d strongly express it.
:) You are making judgements about people you don't know based on their not kowtowing to the leftist demand that we all agreeing with them. As my first post said,

"... if you don't raise your arm and proclaim solidarity with leftist they will break it!."

Look in a mirror. BLM is a PAC for the Democrat party.
