I love when i catch my coworkers selling expired product

We ran out of this one sugar free mocha sauce. Instead of dumping it out they let it be. I saw it had expired hours ago and told everyone that was nasty and that I'd rather tell people we are out than sell expired goods.

This isn't the first time either. There was another incident where our backup pump was broken for the sugar free mocha and they just kept swapping the pump between batches without cleaning it. Mocha when it's old smells sour and it stunk bad. I made them clean it between batches because thats unacceptable.
