You have that pain from the lower back shooting down your leg?
Astro · 56-60, M
@DukeOfEarle yep. Mine usually doesn't shoot down my entire leg it normally effects my hip/ass and lower back sometimes

I had that once and there was a Yoga stretch I used that targets the lower back muscles and realigns the spine. I felt and heard a vertebrate pop back into position and the nerve was no longer being pinched. Instant relief. I’ll see if I can find online instructions on the Yoga pose@Astro

@DukeOfEarle Thsnk you,I'll have to try this

@Astro Turn slowly, gently just until you feel a pull. That’s where you stop. Do not overdo it. Just hold it in that position for a count of twenty, turn forward, relax a moment then gently twist again. Repeat twice on the other side for a count of twenty each. You may not experience the realignment immediately, so try it again tomorrow and the next day.
