I love the second one! The first one isn’t too childish but that third one is hideous. I think the second one will suit your skin tone best too.

I like the Galaxy but I'm biased towards that type style.

The dinosaur looks a bit childish to me, but you said that matches your personality, so it might work perfectly!

The unicorns seem like they should be the best idea of the three, but the graphics just don't stand out as much for me and makes me think vintage, but both in the good and bad way.

Though I find it interesting that in the bottoms, you have, the unicorns horn is going into the other unicorn toe, right over that spot. Just saying..
