Yes you can still wear a mask but I don't think you should be waving a gun.

Yes....the kinds of masks used back in the day were to prevent being identified, but to do any kind of transaction these days the tellers need an ID or an override. The N95 and surgical masks being worn these days are precautionary, and will not be considered threatening.
My bank has a branch open for walk-in because some transactions are complicated and require lengthy conversation...such as estate or trust accounts, or if one of the parties is confined to a nursing or assisted living facility.

Why not the tellers in the bank I go too are wearing masks and gloves even in the drive through windows; wait unless they were robbers already inside of the bank? LOL!
