Depends on the situation. If my tenants were struggling because of the pandemic, or really just any reason, and were acting on good faith, I would let them delay payment as long as I could.
If, on the other hand, they were just blowing off the rent for whatever reason, I would start eviction proceedings without feeling guilty about it.
