Why do all WOMEN have so small feet?

@deane67 People can have an imbalance in the body making it uneven, so some muscles in the left foot is more stretched out than in the right foot, etc..
that can make one smaller etc, but it's not the skeleton thats' smaller so it's just tense muscles etc.
