Then you need to look outside. A focus on the self can bring unhappiness.

Make sure you take good care of yourself! Eat healthy and excercise and have fun too! Think positive! Count your blessings everyday!

You don’t have to be alone. A lot of people feel that way. You are still young and have so much potential.
DragunFruit · 26-30, F
So this is normal? Right?
ChrisNBillings · 26-30, M
@DragunFruit Pretty much.
DragunFruit · 26-30, F
@ChrisNBillings thanks

Try to find a way to be of service to others. If you are thinking about others needs you won't be thinking of yourself.

Reach out to the ones near you. Talk to a friend maybe it'll help you feel better.
DragunFruit · 26-30, F
@Peapod I hope so.

@DragunFruit , believe it! I had such a chaotic young life and never thought I would find my footing. But I am a fighter and I fought to get out of that scary place.
Start journaling if you can too. You may have more chaos going on than you realize that is feeding the anxiety. I used to think living in turmoil was normal because of my background. Now that I live a relatively normal life, I am surprise I wasn’t in a total state of panic even sooner.
Trust me, you will be much stronger when you get out of this. I never got “weaker” as my adult years progressed.

I don't know how to fix anything. However maybe I could help with the loneliness and be a good friend?
Peapod · 61-69, F
Have you had a lot of anxiety lately? It can really knock you for a loop.
Peapod · 61-69, F
@DragunFruit, you are at a tough age too. You’re not a kid, but you haven’t lived long enough to see your own strengths and abilities.
There is some advantages to getting older. I don’t suffer nearly the way I did with anxiety.

@Peapod thank you last night

@DragunFruit, you are very welcome. Half the battle is knowing you aren’t alone and that you can and will feel like yourself once your nervous system has a chance to heal a bit.
some people create their own loneliness, are you like that?
DragunFruit · 26-30, F
@YukikoAmagi maybe
