Have you had a lot of anxiety lately? It can really knock you for a loop.

@Peapod yes. Extremely

@DragunFruit , yeh, I actually know the feeling and it really hit me hard out of high school. It was like I was outside myself and I felt scared 24/7. I eventually got better and felt like myself again.

@Peapod exactly 😭 I wanna burst out of crying but I can't. I'm just living with our relatives and I have no one to listen to me.

@DragunFruit, that’s awful. You definitely need support right now. Anxiety can also be treated. Have you thought about talking to your doctor to see if they could refer you to someone? Medication can do a lot to calm down the nerves so you can get back into a normal routine. It is a very scary feeling and I always had trouble describing it to my friends in the day. I read an article somewhere that gave it a scientific name. It’s actually your body and mind trying to protect you from the extreme anxiety you have been under. You are not losing your mind btw.

@Peapod I have no enough money and power to see a doctor. I would want to but my parents doesn't believe that much since they have no idea of my condition because we live separately

@DragunFruit , ok so this is what I suggest. Get on the internet and get armed with knowledge of what extreme anxiety is. Nothing is worse than being isolated and feeling you are out of your head. Second, see if you can find an online support group for sufferers of anxiety. If you have facebook, there are a lot of groups you could choose from, just by typing in a few keywords. If you don’t have facebook, reddit actually has some decent threads. You can just search in google for online discussions as well. Type in “online support for anxiety”. Talking to others with the same issues will help you find coping mechanisms. You might make a friend or two which will help you. There are exercises you can do to “ground” yourself when the feeling is overwhelming.

@Peapod thank you so much

@Peapod I remember, we had a psychological test last Wednesday. My professor asked me if I am depressed. Inside and outside my aunt's home,I can laugh and joke around. But there are times that I'm looking nowhere and thinking deep.

@DragunFruit, you are at a tough age too. You’re not a kid, but you haven’t lived long enough to see your own strengths and abilities.

There is some advantages to getting older. I don’t suffer nearly the way I did with anxiety.

@Peapod thank you last night

@DragunFruit, you are very welcome. Half the battle is knowing you aren’t alone and that you can and will feel like yourself once your nervous system has a chance to heal a bit.
