Is that for real? Oz?

@whowasthatmaskedman That's a shame. The people may have to start demanding safety and preventative fire measures!

@Tomorrow It will be interesting to see if anything does improve, but I doubt it. When the fires are all out, the government will find something else to spend money and resources on. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of forethought in this country.

@Bushranger Too bad. Sounds like a lot of political red tape and BS goes on!

Maybe you should try taking climate change a little more seriously , eh aussie ?
Budwick · 70-79, M
@RodionRomanovitch There are weather records broken daily.
Natural climate change isn't predictable - but the evidence is astounding and there were rapid periods of change in the past.

@Budwick scientists and Australia's fire experts vs Budwick. Who to choose? Hmmm....

Regarding climate change?

I'd say it's a toss up.

That’s a really awesome pic.

It's a mess.

Step 1: List everything successive governments in Australia on both sides of politics have been responsible for.
Step 2: Set up a royal commission into the failure of each on the list.
Step 3: Wait another 10 years and repeat.

We've heard it is really, really bad...but we've also heard that the fires might be being set deliberately? Over 30 ignition points?
That's deadly looking. Where is that?
Budwick · 70-79, M
California could use the same commission!
