Why should we give up and say " we will always have them"? And it's by no means children, who anyway take after the adults around them even if not consciously so.

What makes such people, of any age, choose to be wilfully anti-social, useless to themselves as well as anyone else?

@Spoiledbrat it's peoples own fault for being lazy, I know it's not everyone but. But maybe not they need to put money into it. It would make alot of jobs which people moan are very little
