Usually nothing, it is an easy way to keep the fast going longer and be at a low insulin state. Our bodies have enough stored energy to get us at least to an early lunch.

Tea. Or coffee. Lately it's black tea. Usually I don't eat unless I start to feel sick, and then I have whatever is in the fridge. Sometimes I just slice some french bread from my freezer and have that with wild blueberry preserves.

Breakfast cereal usually...but once in a while I'll have things like bacon/sausage, eggs, toast/bisquits, coffee, or such.
