How come everytime I eat something with sausage in it I get sick?

Some sausage contains a lot of fat. You might be having trouble processing fats for some reason. That usually indicates a problem with your gall bladder, or possibly with your liver. You might want to try baking your sausages on a rack, to drain the fat as they are cooking, and pierce them in several places before serving.

I have the same problem, so what I do is make soup with sausages IN the soup, sliced. Because the soup is homemade, I refrigerate it, and if there is fat in the soup I skim it off when it has solidified on the top of the soup.

My brother is like that, it's been determined that he can't handle the spices that are added.

Don't eat sausage. Maybe you have an alergie or something.

Maybe you should eat more slowly

I can't eat homemade sausage our family makes. or sausage with too much sage in it. smells really good, but gives me heartburn and makes me feel sick
