@Cavedweller I was 40 and my son was interested in track. We lived in the desert so I marked off a 40 yard dash for us to race. After about 30 yards my leg started to cramp and I could not pull up. I was 39 or 40 them. I was falling and there was nothung I could do to stop it.

@Cavedweller worse happened to me when i wasin my early to mid 50s and was playing basketball with my son and kida from the neighborhood. I got tripped driving to the basket. I knew i was falling and ir was like my brain was screaming to my hands thatci was falling but my hands just didn't work and i landed on my chest! It went pop and i knew i had cracked a rib. When i was younger i know i would not have fallen. Now i can't even catch myself
