Have you ever needed to talk to someone, but there wasn't anyone you trusted to talk to?

What did you wind up doing?

Make sure you don't just talk to anyone if it's sensative...I wouldn't go up to a stranger and do that in real life so why would I do it here?
Do you trust your pastor?
Councling might help?

Yes. After I divorced I tried to reconcile with the ex. I had forgotten so many of the bad things while we were apart it was like I had amnesia. But things got very bad when I moved back in with him.

I needed to talk to someone, and because the ex's family had been my only contacts, and because the ex didn't like for me to make friends, I was completely alone. So I found a counselor. She was a licensed social worker/psychologist working at the local domestic violence center for women.

She was familiar with my situation, because so many women fall into it, and she provided me with amazing advice, survival tips, and a certain degree of peace.

It isn't easy to find a counselor, but sometimes it is well worth it. Talking things out and listening to gentle hints is sometimes God's guidance in human form.

I end up often writing in my diary... Best way for me to vent. Without being judged. Without bothering others

Journaling about it

Yeah. I ended up going crazy and developing an obsession with geopolitics.

I journal a lot. I don't ever read it back or save it. I just write it down and get it out of my head. And then throw it out.

Yes, blathered to SW strangers.

Yeah but my story is so scattered and stupid that I don’t think anyone believes me or knows what to say. I write it out.
I end up talking about it to an online friend. It's much safer.
