Do the views of your country's leader reflect the majority of the population?

chrisCA · M
No. We have three major political parties here. It is rarely a majority of the popular vote that elects the leader.
Gusman · 61-69, M
I don't think they do.
He almost shows contempt for the down and out,
He relies too much on Religion, Australians for the most part have turned away from Religion.
Except the hundreds of thousands of immigrants that are flooding the Country.
He was against the Banking Royal Commission.
He treats the top end of town as the only ones that matter.
He oppose marriage equality
He has allowed fracking in our National Parks
Just a few points
All up?
Our Prime Minister is a Prick

Tomorrow we´ll have here the Open Primaries.
That will say a preliminary something.
Presidential elections are schedduled by October.

No one of the two principal candidates makes citizens to be enthusiasted.
No good reasons for being so.

Not every view, but some. Kind of like a friend or family member,
we're going to agree on some stuff but disagree on many
Cierzo · M
Yes. Isn't it like that in every democratic country?
Dejavu · 51-55, M
@Cierzo nope
Cierzo · M
@Dejavu Then let's finally admit democracy is hopelessly flawed.
Dejavu · 51-55, M
@Cierzo It's not the democracy, it's the ones who distribute it that are hopelessly flawed.
