Why can't i seem to do simple math anymore?

Tried figuring out what half of 320 is. Couldn't do it. I tried sitting and thinking about it. I got as far as half of 300 is 150 and that was it. I tried doing long division on paper but couldn't remember how. I had to use my phone calculator to help me.
