They say Celebrex.. but won鈥檛 give me long term script.. I鈥檓 expected to drop $80 on a drs visit every 2 months for a refill..馃え
So I鈥檝e just been eating hand fulls of ibuprofen and paracetamol
@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Naproxen is nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen but you don't take it as often (which is better for your gut). Make sure you eat something when you take it.

Yes, I have used it when I run in the cold and don't warm up appropriately.
Magnesium plays a role in regulating muscle contractions by acting as a calcium blocker. ( FYI It may also cause diarrhea)
