Not "technically" [b]but[/b]...
(and don't quote me on this) but I'm [b]almost[/b] positive I've seen parts of questions from people I have blocked, in the sidebar. When I click on those links though, I'm still blocked from seeing the actual post. I'd assume they can see mine there too but have no access to the full post either. Again, I'm not 100% certain of this.
I'd assume most people take the easy way out and just see your questions from a different profile LOL

Nope they can't see anything. I have a creepy stalker that keeps making new accounts, so they can stalk me as they can't see when I block.
