Not "technically" but...
(and don't quote me on this) but I'm almost positive I've seen parts of questions from people I have blocked, in the sidebar. When I click on those links though, I'm still blocked from seeing the actual post. I'd assume they can see mine there too but have no access to the full post either. Again, I'm not 100% certain of this.
I'd assume most people take the easy way out and just see your questions from a different profile LOL
