Just because someone says it does not make it true. Trust and believe in your own convictions.

If people believe everything they’re told without thinking for themselves, all is lost.

It's true, you must think for yourself or be led like sheep to the slaughter.

It means that we’re shutting our minds by being a slaves to conformity
