has this or another site scarred you for life?

Was on a site for weight loss. One nasty fat hater got on the site and posted long articulate posts telling us how awful we were for being fat. It was ironic because we were there to support each other to LOSE WEIGHT. One woman was suicidal because she was struggling with many health problems and was trying to lose weight under very stressful conditions. The troll gave her a very hard time. Then the woman who was struggling to lose weight had a heart attack and died; her husband posted the information and an invitation to her memorial service.

I was angry so I emailed the troll and told her she might have added stress to this woman's life and struggle. I suggested she quit. I was not rude or mean about it.

The troll put a virus in my computer somehow and it took a long time to fix my email. I did some serious detective work and located the troll in a city 1000 miles from my home. I wanted a friend in that city to help me do something about her (lawsuit? Restraint order?) But he refused to help me so I had to drop it.

I left the website because I was too upset to continue there.
