Sorry, cowboy, perverts have become unionized. You have to have an "in" with the boss to join and then you have to go through the ranks of apprentice and journeyman before getting licensed as a master-perv and don't forget membership dues that go up every year. And if you want to get to "pro" status....geez, if you're short on funds, the vig on the dues is staggering!
You might want to become a plumber instead. There a couple of advantages to this. One, the dues are reasonable, and two, you still get to work in the sewer from time to time.
