A word of advice when you really feel connected to yourself and emotions

Write things down, journal! It is the best time because you never really know when you are gonna feel like that next time.

@Cavedweller and it helps to write it down instead of always communicating it to someone because you can become more emotionally independent

@dark548 It's important to jot down feelings of happiness and depression. You can access the moments where you were most happy and feel confident you can feel that way again.

@Cavedweller yes first steps first though. My immediate goal is to feel stable and not in agony all the time, then after that I can focus on more wholesome happiness and fulfillment.
