Stay out of it. It's crazy enough already and there is not much you could really do to stop it. Hopefully, it will fade away by itself. If it's a first cousin, I don't think marriage would be legal. And most affairs don't work out in the long run.

Excuse me. I apologize I have a migraine and didn’t read it properly at first. I don’t think cousins should date at all no. They are both adults though and not much you can do except talk to them @Billybob2
