Probably similar to living in Greenland, Iceland or the top of Norway. You must get some very impressive views, people pay thousands for the northern lights and to see snow.

I loved kodiak. But if you have ever been there you’ll notice there’s a lot of young people and old people. The people 20-40 seem non existent. As there is zero future there.

I love it there but I would want to raise a family there.
