it depends on what percentage of people complain. there is a percentage of people who live to complain and will always find something to complain about. like on youtube, no matter how amazing a video is there are ALWAYS people who will give it a 👎️, its a type of people. if the complaints surpass the percentage of chronic complainers then there might be a need to modify something, if its within the percentage of chronic complainers then just ignore it and if they speak to you, pretend like you care and then forget about it.
