As we know Area 51 is located in Nevada, USA

So my questions is: can the governor of Nevada visit Area 51 at any point? And access all the documemts and stations. Or does he need clearnce from the president?

It's under the jurisdiction of the federal government. He doesn't necessarily need clearance from the president, but does need federal authorization, just like any other person.

since it's a Federal government operation he, being a local politician would need clearance, which he'd never get.
