Whats your favourite occasional pastime

Like something you cant do often but love?

Mines camping, we go on a big extended family one 3/4 times a year then just my family might go a few times but its pretty rare but I love it

@Sharethegra There are a few things I'd like to do every week or every other week...like going our favorite spot on the river to enjoy the day with my wife (in the warm weather months of course), but it takes planning because of it's distance from where we live and schedules often interfere.
