I wouldn't celebrate it. It would be a terrible thing.

He is assaulting the rule of law.

The only good outcome is for the law to take him down.

@WoodyAq I agree. Its better to put a tyrant behind bars than kill him. I mean look what happened when they knifed Caesar. Not that Trump is anything like old Julius.
