Is it hard for you to accept compliments?

May accept them but only believe a few ones

I don't mind. Can be a little embarrassing I suppose but nice to hear a compliment from a person who excepts me for who I am.

It used to be, but not now. A wise person told me that if I question a compliment, the person giving the compliment might think I am questioning their judgment. So just say, "Thank you."

I know how to politely accept them. But I never trust they are real and wonder (or already know) what it is they want from me.

I do. I try to read their faces when they are standing there. It's a little harder to know here.
