Why has the US only ever had male Presidents ?

I hope the trend continues for awhile.

Actually the US has a gender equality issue

My daughter asked this same question over 20 years ago, even countries like India and Pakistan have had women leaders, the Cherokee Nation had a woman chief too. The one that's running would be the last on my list of women I'd vote for if it were only women running though...I think we have the "Establisment" to thank for this. I thought Elizabeth Dole would have made a wonderful president and I'm sure there were others in the past who could have done a great job.

Real justification in the past is that it was believed woman were to emotional to make big logical decisions.
